Bog Oak: Dendrochronologic analysis
Characteristics of the wood
Those before shown bog oak logs were analysed in a dendro-chronologic test to find out the real Age. As you can see aside, one of these logs were 5.110 years old ( +/- 40 years tolerance). In that area of the German- Polish border ( beside of river Oder and the river Neiße), we don´t have evidences of life respectively of any culture from that prehistoric times there. Maybe that log will know much more about that.....
